Dan M - Lead Instructor

headshot For the last two years Dan has worked full time coaching hundreds of people to be better in all aspects of social interactions. His journey began in a culmination of understandings from many different fields and experiences. Dan draws from his experience of starting two successful businesses and managing a third in understanding just how important good people skills are to success. He also hitchhiked around the country for four months with only his conversation skills in trade for rides and to talk himself in and out of quite a few interesting situations. As a certified herbalist Dan has worked with clients for the last six years and sees just how important a rewarding social network is to physical, mental and emotional health. On his off time he enjoys side work as a Poker Dealer and re-affirms his connection with nature by kiteboarding out on the Bay in San Francisco.


Dan is the most sincere, genuine person I have ever met. He takes an interest in my development and well-being and truly wishes to see me succeed. There are few coaches of any kind whom I've experienced this from. Most of all, Dan believes in me with all his heart when no one else will, not even myself. There is still a long road ahead, but thanks to Dan's instruction I feel much better equipped to tackle the challenges and achieve my goals. I know it because Dan knows it.

Dan is amazing guy and amazing instructor. He conveyed the ideas very well and laid them out step by step in a very easy to digest manner. I approached the course with some trepidation, but figured the chance to unleash the inner rock star from the Clark Kent exterior was worth the risk. After meeting Dan - a great blend of naughty (think Tom Cruise from Risky Business) and nice (the suave, good-looking guy you would actually let your sister date), I knew I was in the right place. I feel more creative, flirty and better able to express who I truly am. Plus, I already have a hot date set up for Thursday! Dan should audition for Spinal Tap , on a scale of 1-10, he goes to 11!

Jonah - Coach

Jonah's life has been filled with serial entrepreneurship starting with a pencil selling business in elementary school. He founded an organic and recycled clothing company while still in college, opened and ran a small chain of skate/surf/snow retail stores, created an export business focused on Japan, developed and sold an e-commerce business, and became an avid restorer of historical mixed use buildings. Always enthusiastic for a new challenge, Jonah has traveled through Asia, Europe, Latin America, Africa, and the Pacific Islands meeting new people and writing about it. His diverse experience has continued to underscore his belief that superior day to day communication is key in the pursuit of a meaningful life. This sparked the quest to become educated on the rules as well as subtleties of communication. Over the past year he has worked intensively with Dan to further develop his skills. Now Jonah is learning to not only teach the skills he has learned but he is also the head of Marketing for Charisma Coaching and our Business Communications specialist

Sexpert Kelly - Consultant/Coach

Kelly Connell M.S.Ed., Ed.D.(c), is a sexuality educator and consultant who specializes in sexuality and health care issues. With over 17 years experience Kelly's diverse background in Human Sexuality enables her to speak with knowledge and expertise on a variety of sexuality-related topics including sexual health, sexuality and disability, sexual dysfunction, enhancing your sex life, dating, love and relationships.

Kelly has a Master's Degree in Human Sexuality Education from the University of Pennsylvania and is currently working on her dissertation for her Doctorate in the same at Widener University. She is a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) and The Society for the Scientific Study of Sexuality (SSSS).

Kelly views sexuality as a quality of life issue. It is from a sincere desire to improve the quality of life of others regarding sexuality issues that she seeks to educate and inform all populations about sexuality and related issues by providing a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere that will foster learning as well as be fun and entertaining for all participants.
